ReBrayn Cookie Policy

Version 1.1 · last updated: 25 October 2026

Provisional text, pending final legal review.

This page explains which information the ReBrayn web app (app.rebrayn.ai) and the presentation site (rebrayn.ai) store in your browser and why, under Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and the Italian Data Protection Authority's Guidelines on cookies and other tracking tools. The controller is ADC S.r.l. (single-member company), registered office Via Giacinto Andrea Longhin 11, 35129 Padova (PD), VAT IT05353650285, tax code 05353650285, registered with the Padova Companies Register, REA no. PD-461969, share capital €10,000 fully paid, certified e-mail (PEC) alessandrodeconcinisrl@pec.it, e-mail info@rebrayn.ai (see also the Privacy Policy, in ReBrayn: Settings › About).

1. In short

ReBrayn does not use profiling cookies, advertising or third-party analytics tools. It stores in the browser only what is needed for it to work, which is why we do not ask for your consent. The only exception is the YouTube videos that you choose to open (section 4).

2. What we store in the browser

The app does not set its own cookies: it uses the browser's storage (localStorage, sessionStorage, local IndexedDB databases, including a store of files for offline use and a technical support database, and the service worker cache) and a copy of the app for use without a connection.

This information is strictly necessary for the service you asked for and stays on your device, except for what the app sends to our servers in order to work.

3. How to delete it

When you delete the Account, the app deletes the local copy of your data. If you sign out of the Account, the copy stays in the browser: on a shared computer, after signing out, delete the app.rebrayn.ai data from the browser settings. Changes not yet synchronised will be lost.

4. Third-party services

5. Changes

If we add tools that need your consent, we will ask for it before using them and we will update this page.
